Get found by people in Bicester.
A standard listing is free and always will be. Featured placement is optional, and puts you at the top of your category.
No account, no password — most businesses are already listed.
How it works
Four steps, no account
There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. Most Bicester businesses are already listed, so you are usually correcting a page rather than creating one.
- 1
Find your business
Search the directory. Most Bicester businesses are already listed, so you are usually correcting a page rather than starting one.
- 2
Send your details
The form arrives pre-filled with everything we already hold. Fix what is wrong, add what is missing, attach a photo.
- 3
We check and publish
We verify you are connected to the business — usually a quick call to the number on the listing. Live within two working days.
- 4
Upgrade if you want to
Featured placement is optional and can be added at any time. Your free listing stays free either way.
Why bother
What a listing actually does
Found by people already looking
Someone searching "electrician Bicester" is ready to call. A page here puts you in front of them, alongside 146 other local businesses rather than the whole county.
Correct details, permanently
Old directories are full of dead phone numbers and moved addresses. Yours stays right because you can update it whenever it changes.
Built to be read by Google
Every page carries local business structured data, a real address and a map, which is what search engines look for when deciding who is genuinely local.
A local audience, not a national one
HelloBicester is read by people who live here. The directory sits alongside the stories, events and town guides they already come for.

What the difference looks like
The same listing as a standard card and as a featured one. This is an example, using a real verified listing; it has not paid to appear here.

Before you ask
What does the Verified label mean?
That the details came from the business itself and we confirmed the person sending them runs it — usually a call to the number already published for that listing. It is not a recommendation: we have not inspected anyone’s work, checked their insurance, or taken a view on whether they are any good. Featured is separate and is paid for; it changes where a listing appears, never what it says.
Is the free listing really free?
Yes, and it stays free. We built the directory because the town needs one that is accurate. Featured placement pays for that; it does not gate it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. You send us your details, we verify you are connected to the business, and we publish.
How do you check a claim is genuine?
We contact you on the number or address already published for that business. If the claim comes from the business’s own email domain, that is usually enough on its own.
How does billing for featured placement work?
It is a subscription. Whichever term you pick — monthly or yearly — it renews automatically at the same price until you cancel, and Stripe emails you a receipt each time. Cancel whenever you like and the placement runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your listing carries on as a standard one. Nothing about the free listing changes.
I have a promotion code. Where do I enter it?
At checkout. Stripe shows an "Add promotion code" link under the price. Enter the code there and the discount is shown before you pay.
My business is not listed at all. Can I add it?
Yes — use the same form and tell us it is new. We list any business trading in Bicester or the surrounding OX25, OX26 and OX27 villages, across 10 categories.
