Is the free listing really free?
Yes, and it stays free. We built the directory because the town needs one that is accurate. Featured placement pays for that; it does not gate it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. You send us your details, we verify you are connected to the business, and we publish.
How do you check a claim is genuine?
We contact you on the number or address already published for that business. If the claim comes from the business’s own email domain, that is usually enough on its own.
How does billing for featured placement work?
It is a subscription. Whichever term you pick — monthly or yearly — it renews automatically at the same price until you cancel, and Stripe emails you a receipt each time. Cancel whenever you like and the placement runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your listing carries on as a standard one. Nothing about the free listing changes.
My business is not listed at all. Can I add it?
